Founded originally as a human resources and recruitment consulting company, parent company 2Sense Solutions, LLC was founded in Rochester, New York to provide solutions for businesses across the country looking to identify and solve issues within their organizations holding them back from their full potential.

After spending 10 years in the healthcare recruitment industry consulting for numerous medical recruitment firms throughout the country, 2Sense Solutions saw the need for a "better way" of providing medical recruitment solutions to both healthcare facilities as well as job seekers.

With 13 years of healthcare industry experience, Christina is a trusted healthcare recruiter, human resources consultant, and career coach professional formally trained with a Masters of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management & Employee Relations. Known as a problem solver with an innate ability to not only identify problems, but also seek out opportunities, Christina is able to help those she works with not only meet, but exceed their recruitment, retention, and HR development goals while forming long-term relationships within the medical industry.
Having worked with numerous medical recruitment firms throughout her time in the industry, Christina has realized what healthcare recruitment is missing.
